Our professional service technicians understand your air conditioning and heating system and eliminate money-wasting problems. We have developed a custom program that addresses the problems we see most often.

With your Planned Service Agreement you receive two routine calls per year that include a 16-point Air Conditioning and 16-point Heating Maintenance & Safety check.

Air Conditioning Maintenance & Safety Check:

• Adjust the blower & blower components
• Check the unit for proper refrigerant
• Check the voltage & amperage on motors
• Check for proper temperature drop
• Lubricate all moving parts of the unit
• Calibrate the thermostat
• Check all electrical connections
• Check safety controls for defects
• Clean condensing drain lines
• Clean the pan and chemically treat it for algae growth
• Service the drain pump
• Check the starting capabilities
• Spray off condenser coil of unit from the outside
• Check breakers and fuses for amp draw
• Change filter if available

Heating Gas Furnace Maintenance & Safety Check:

• Clean pilot and assembly
• Check heat exchange
• Adjust air and gas mixture
• Check pressure on gas valve
• Set blower control
• Set gas limit
• Check blower
• Check fan belt
• Check all safety controls
• Check vent for obstructions
• Lubricate blower motor & all moving parts
• Check and adjust for proper temperature rise
• Change filter if available
• Check vent pipe for leaks
• Check all electrical connections
• Check voltage for proper AMP draw

Additional 5 Points for Electrical Furnaces (plus applicable checks above)

• Check heat strips
• Check breakers and fuses for AMP draw
• Clean thermostat
• Calibrate thermostat
• Check for proper air flow
