Anytime is a good time for our Preventative Maintenance Service, especially prior to the Summer and Winter months. The Preventative Maintenance Service helps to identify and solve problems prior to them becoming issues.

Your Preventative Maintenance Service includes:

Cooling Check:

• Adjust the blower & blower components
• Check the unit for proper refrigerant
• Check the voltage & amperage on motors
• Check for proper temperature drop
• Lubricate all moving parts of the unit
• Calibrate the thermostat
• Clean the thermostat
• Check the electrical connections
• Check safety controls for defects
• Clean condensing drains and lines
• Clean the pan and chemically treat it for algae growth
• Service the drain pump
• Check the starting capabilities
• Check breakers and fuses for amp draw

Heating Check:

• Clean pilot and assembly
• Check heat exchange
• Adjust air and gas mixture
• Check pressure on gas valve
• Set blower control
• Set gas limit
• Check blower
• Check fan belt
• Check all safety controls for defects
• Check vent for obstructions
• Lubricate blower motor & all moving parts
• Check and adjust for proper temperature rise
• Change filter if available
• Check vent pipe for leaks
• Check all electrical connections
• Check voltage for proper AMP draw

Electrical Furnaces (most of the above - plus the following)

• Check heat strips
• Check breakers and fuses for AMP draw
• Clean thermostat
• Calibrate thermostat
• Check for proper air flow
